All of the candidates were asked show up at a certain time for hiring. There were about 20 of us there. We went around in a circle and introduced ourselves. We were asked to pick a notecard from a pile and describe the Signature Creation that was on it.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Pompano Beach, FL (took a day)
The 2 managers and 15 kids who applied sat around a table, first asking basic questions. Then, because the job is related to singing for tips, you are asked to do a solo... testing your nerves. After this, teams break out and write there own song to be performed and test your teamwork. Just do it, and you'll probably get offered a job.
