Interviewed Mar 2009 (took a day)
I called up the company and spoke with the manager. I asked if they were hiring and told her some information about myself. I was asked to come in for an interview. They asked the basic questions about why I wanted to work for them, why they should pick me, etc They also went over my resume and I explained in more detail each section.

Interviewed May 2009 (took 3 days)
The hiring process requires a valid real estate licence and the interview was using the star method. Each Realtor is essentially running their own small business. The office provides all the tools necessary to do the job well and provides a nice area to meet with clients and go over paperwork.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Very professional, upbeat and positive from the initial interview through all communications. I research the corporate & franchise website to be very familiar with the operations, locations, systems, etc. I devised a list of questions for the interviewer as well. I wanted to make sure it was a company that I wanted to be a part of.

Negotiation Details
No negotiating on compensation only on office perks. My advice would be to always ask for extra things.
