Received a call asking me to come in to speak to the manager for an interview. Sat down, went through the details. Did a test on the computer. Passed. Talked through a contract and signed.

The interview was very simple. The people nice and straight forward. Essentially all I had to do was tell a bit about myself and my hobbies, give a description of my work habits, answer why i wanted the job, tell any days and times I would be unavalible for work. It was very easy. After the interview i got an email that i got the job a few days later then had to do an online induction which i was paid for.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Brisbane (Australia) (took 2 weeks)
At the group interview there wasnt enough people for groups. So a store manager interviewed us individually. Basically it was some ego maniac telling how great he was for 15 minutes. I listened and agreed with him and got the job.
