Interviewed Mar 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
When I arrived for my face-to-face I was kept waiting in the lobby for well over 30 mins. Eventually I was taken into a small conference room and had a very casual conversation with a few separate individuals from the team I would be joining, including my potential supervisor. It did not appear that they were organize or prepared for my interview. At times it felt as though I was driving the questions. Day two, I was treated to lunch. Following that I once again met with my potential supervisor and then two members of the executive team. Process was relatively laid back, with no set or very challenging questions. More conversational in nature.
