I applied online and was contacted within three days by the store's assistant manager. We ran over questions such as "How did you find out about Columbia Sportswear," and "How would you describe Columbia Sportswear as a company?" *A hint: describe them as a clothing AND technology company. They really love that*

I was offered an in-store interview after the phone conversation. At the store interview, I talked to the store manager and the same assistant manager. Both peoples asked almost the same questions.

After a background check was run, I was offered a position 3 days later.
