recriutment company have contacted me and set up a meeting with customer, I had a phone interview, some quict test onlineand ive sent them my certificates and other documents and we have set up an meeting.
During a meeting i had an impression that they did not know who they are looking for, and have no professional product mangement skills, I told them about my vision of product and they all have agreed with this vision.

I declined offer because i think that i would not learn enought there.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Poland) (took 2 weeks)
3 step interview. First, multi part skill test probing your general computer science knowlage and one of the following areas: Java, C++, C#/.NET, databases, unix. In order to porceed the interveiw process, you must pass general knowlage part, and at least one of technologies part(java, c++ etc).
Next step is 1:1 interview with your potential team leader. This part is focused on your general knowlage, chosen programming language, university background etc.
Last step is with depratment director. You will be provided with more information about working in comarch, different deparments and products. You will be negotating your salary in this step.
