Interviewed Jan 2010 in White Marsh, MD (took a day)
I got a call back from my resume within 2 weeks of applying. Someone called from HR on the phone and let me and asked was I still interested in the job I said yes and she set me up for an interview the next day. When I got there I was there with 10 other individuals and we were sent to a room to take a test. After we took the test we were informed on whether or not we passed. Those of us that passed were sent to interview with supervisors in the call center. After that we all waited in the lunchroom and we all got offers. So of the 10 7 of us made it. We then did drug testing a few days later and if you passed that they called you to let you know about orientation. Orientation was typical learning about the company and what they offer. We then went to a two week training course that you have to attend and you have to pass with a completion score of 90 percent or higher.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Baltimore, MD (took a day)
Interview questions had nothing to do with the job. Told me I didn't show enough "energy", in other words, sounding like a used car salesman. That's what they're truly looking for.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 weeks)
There was an initial phone interview, followed by a "meat market" Open House, where, if you did well in the preliminary screening phase (completing application, basic questions), you were asked to go in the back with a supervisor or recruiter for a brief, one-on-one interview. General questions about your background are asked, along with the requisite "Why should I hire you?" question. All in all, not too bad.

Easy process! They called, asked me to come in. Took a math test. Passed it. Then from there, had an orientation that lasted 3 days, then started training for my job!
