Recruiter contacted me due to my resume being posted online. Initial convo was only a couple of minutes to verify my basic info. Second phone interview was scheduled and took place a few days later. HR person was very courteous and professional and did a good job describing the position, hours, benefits, and compensation.

Although the idea of the job appealed to me, the hourly pay simply wasn't going to be enough for me to meet my current financial obligations.

I got a call back from my resume within 2 weeks of applying. Someone called from HR on the phone and let me and asked was I still interested in the job I said yes and she set me up for an interview the next day. When I got there I was there with 10 other individuals and we were sent to a room to take a test. After we took the test we were informed on whether or not we passed. Those of us that passed were sent to interview with supervisors in the call center. After that we all waited in the lunchroom and we all got offers. So of the 10 7 of us made it. We then did drug testing a few days later and if you passed that they called you to let you know about orientation. Orientation was typical learning about the company and what they offer. We then went to a two week training course that you have to attend and you have to pass with a completion score of 90 percent or higher.

Called if taken to the next level an on line test of skills for a call center job with problem solving, Then a live interview with two call center supervisors. About an hour of questions selected from a list they were structured questions.how one would handle various callers.

Applied online. received an email to click on link to set up interview process.Interviewer called a few minutes late on scheduled day. It was a behavior interview lasted about 20 minutes. Was told I would receive an decline email or phone call. Never received either I had to check on my profile on Comcast.

I applied onlne thru their website. They sent an email to go to their open house. There was different sessions. There was a lot of people. i would say approximately 30-40 people at the open house they invited for each session. We took writing, english, math, and personality test. I was the only person from my group that i saw. I got a call the next day for an interview. I interviewed with a supervisor. I got offered the position.
