I applied for the Inbound Sales position, and used a current employee of Comcast as a reference. I applied on Sunday evening, first thing Monday morning I received a call from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. The phone screen was simple, situational questions...i was then asked to complete a test that was done online and if i passed, i would hear back to schedule a 1:1 interview. 4 days later I got a call to schedule my 1:1! Went to the 1:1, met with two supervisors in a board room and it was very relaxed. They told me they would have a decision in a week, but they called me that night and offered me the job.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Applied via a job board. Initial contact came from H/R representative who gave me a short "pre-screen" telephone interview. I was then forwarded to the hiring manager and I had a lengthy (1 hour) very intense phone interview with him about 5 days later. The job sounded great and I was very interested, but I wasn't the perfect fit. The company's capital needs are tremendous and although I have a solid capital finance background, I have not managed the amount of resources that this company controls. Plus I think my personality was a bit too bubbly.

My two interviews were very detailed and specific, and each of them took about an hour to complete. A lot of the questions asked were personality and performance based, with them asking for actual examples of situations.
