Interviewed Mar 2012 in Pittsburgh, PA (took a day)
I had a phone interview for this position. It lasted about 40 minutes. The interviewer was very professional and cordial.
No "behavioral model" interview questions were asked and that is why I rated this interview as being "easy". The interviewer primarily asked questions pertaining to my work experience---such as HR projects I had managed, facets of the HR spectrum I had been involved with, number of years in each HR area etc....
The job paid approximately $85,000 and also included free comcast internet/cable/phone services, along with other benefits. When the interviewer spoke about compensation, it was clear that we were out of alignment and we mutually agreed not to move further in this process.
The phone interview was a good experience.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
I did a phone screen and also a follow up in person. Both interviews were great and I really enjoyed them. The position sounded like a perfect fit and the single most important element of an interview was great... personality's meshing. I did a thank you letter and then a week later a follow up. I got no response either time. I know that writing thanks for coming in is so very hard for the HR person or even hiring manager. A month later I write back to let them know I'm still interested in the position. No response. Months go by and still nothing. Not even that formatted spam Comcast sends out. Maybe it's on hold? In any case I go back to check 2 weeks ago in the SAP system (it's been 6 months by now) and see that I was not chosen. Not liking me is fine but the professional experience after the interview is disappointing to say the least. I've never had an interview go that far and so well only to receive no phone call or email. Very unprofessional.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Naperville, IL (took 5 weeks)
After a great telephone interview with their recruiter, I had one other with the sales planner before scheduling a group (2 ppl) interview. As I left the interview, I had the uncanny feeling that it wasn't my experience they were looking for but a friend for the S/P. After seeing the position posted twice since my face2face and no consideration from them to inform me that I will not be moving forward - it's not the class of people I want to be professionally associated with. Waste of time.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Completed an over the phone inteview with HR first. Then was invited to the office for an interview with a manager and HR rep. Then had a second interview with a manager and a senior manager. Very team oriented atmosphere. Very customer service oriented. They really wanted examples of times where you had to go above and beyond. They also wanted examples of times where you made a large mistake and how you handled it. Looks like they may have had issues in the past with people trying to cover up mistakes and it bit them. So accountability is huge. Also, attention to detail is very important as well. Some mistakes can cost a lot of money if they don't get caught right away. The work isn't difficult (some things are pretty technical) but there is a lot of it. The ability to work OT is a must. I would say that about half the people (maybe 2/3) have a college degree but it's not a must. Training is on the job. You sit with someone and learn how to do the work. It isn't a classroom environment.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 6 weeks)
I think a brief phone conversation occurred, a first and second interview was conducted then there was a waiting period, I nearly lost the position to someone else. The people seemed friendly and charismatic, the office was adequate it wasn't until I was hired that I saw the culture was different in a segregated way than a previous Comcast I had worked at.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
Review of my resume and skills. Information about the positions expectations. Hours and days. Who I would be working with and their title and responsibilities. Where the department is going.
Factory-like work environment. People are friendly. Culture wasn't one of asking for additional creative work, just be productive

Negotiation phase was not hard however they make alot of money but apply incorrect metrics to the worth of the position and candidate's skills. They have made improvements on applying weight to work for $$

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
The people seemed nice and like they enjoyed their work. The interview itself was a pretty standard one-on-one, no trick questions or anything out of the ordinary. The interviewer was very pleasant. The online job descriptions are vague; the position for which I interviewed sounded all right online, but once I heard more I realized that it was much more entry-level than what I had in mind. The company seems like a fine place to work, especially for someone who is just starting out; I just didn't feel like that particular position would be the right fit for me.

Four interviews. First one one on one, second panel of 4, third panel of 5, fourth panel of three. Came in second, but they knew all along they were going to hire the other person. Frustrating.
