Interview Details – Recruiter reached out and there was a strong desire to hire me from the first interview. In this case, the company had a very specific job spec and needed to get the position filled quickly. I was hired after several interviews, including visiting the offices in Philadelphia.

Negotiation Details – All salaries are in specific ranges, depending on the job level. There is some discretion but not much. Ask for a signing bonus but don't expect it as there are many rules guiding what can be done with job candidates
