No ability to negotiate. The company has an aloof attitude. Only the desperate work there.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

You had to go in and do an editing test and writing test. The writing test is difficult because they want you to type a whole page on what you know about the company. It was difficult for me to type a whole page on the company.
