Applied online, received phone called next day to schedule interview for the following morning. Received email from HR about 1.5 weeks later then was offered position on branches behave pending background check.

My interviewer called and scheduled a phone interview for the following day. I was ready for the interview, but it never came. 3 1/2 hours after the scheduled interview time she called me and told me she was held up in a meeting and asked if I was ready. From there, she acted very disingaged. She prounced almost everything on my resume incorrectly and seemed very unprepared. I was very disappointed in the whole process. She told me at the end that she would folllow up with me but I haven't heard back.
Some questions I was asked:
Why did you choose the school you went to?
Why did you choose your major?
Tell me about an experience that you were told to do something by an employer that made you uncomfortable and how did you handle the experience?
What was your favorite accounting class in college and why?
Why did you apply to this position?
Why would you be a good asset to the company?
If you were a loan officer, what would you look at if a person came to you for a loan?
There were more questions but I don't remember anymore.
Another thing - the information on the website was incorrect. It said you would attend a 6 week credit college before training, but she told me different on the phone.

There will be a group panel of people Managers and Directors asking you about prior experience. After the Managers and Directors will discuss and you will know the same day or the next day if you will be hired. This is my experience and others in the department. The turn around time is great

Easy process. First an interview with the branch manager and the assistant branch manager which takes about an hour or more. They ask a ton of questions like why should be choice you over others and tell us about a time when you had to overcome an obstacle. A lot of personality questions which you can google and prepare for. They also ask a lot of questions about sales skills and what you bring to the table. After this interview you have a one and one with a regional manager.

Spoke with hiring manager, then someone in HR. Be patient when setting up onsite interview. Have a great time and don't oversell your abilities. I think I got really nervous and maybe showed. I answered detailed questions with equal detail. There could be peers and adjacent managers interviewing you also. It was the relaxed interviewers that I found challenging due to being nervous. People were friendly and the office space looked great. They were polite about me needing drinks or using facilities in between interviews. People I passed in the hall or elevator were also as friendly.

Initial interview was one on one with a current group manager to determine if you should come in for an all day interview. All day interview was broken down by the hour and you were to meet with several individuals to assess knowledge of business, banking, economy, and general personality.

First Round: On-Campus or Telephone Interview, Basic Questions like "Why should we hire you over other candidates?", "If I gave you a set of financial statements, what information would you used to evaluate the financial health of the company" and other behavioral
Second Round: An all day affair consisting of several behavioral interviews with people at different levels, a lunch interview with two other candidates & other interviewers and a technical interview. I really enjoyed meeting everyone, but the technical interviewer was kind of a hard hitter. Questions included using inventory as collateral and a company takes a loan of a million dollars - walk me through how this impacts the Balance Sheet & Income Statement overtime...
Honestly, I'm shocked I didn't get an offer - I wish they provided a little more feedback rather than a form rejection letter. After spending hours there, I feel it's the least they could do...
