Interviewed Feb 2009 in Detroit, MI (took 2 weeks)

Interviewed with every manager and director. Individuals did not seem to focus on the requirements for the job, focused primarily on supervisory skills. Each interview lasted for about 30 minutes. All individuals offices are located next to each other. Two of the interviewers were new to the bank, so they had no idea of any specifics to the position. The interviewers who had been with the Bank failed to provide specific expectations, challenges and responsibilities of the job.
