Interviewed Feb 2009 in Sydney (Australia) (took 3 days)
HR screening followed by 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager, which is around introduction to the role and the team. Opportunity to talk about your background followed by behavioural based questions.
Another interview with the MOR (Manager one-removed), around skills and going through your resume.
3rd and final interview with a few members of the wider team to ensure that you are truly compatible.

not much as an analyst. Just state reasonably high salary expectations (if you have previous experience) before you start the recruitment.

Applied from the UK, had 2 telephone interviews. The first interview was simple and worked through the resume that I had submitted. The second interview consisted of technical questions and scenarios which I had encountered.
CBA is a good place to work, friendly people and lots of processes in place.

asked what i am doing currently, what i like in achieve in this new role. a few more detailed questions such as why i want to leave the existing employer, and work experience. told me it was a junior role, and they are looking for candidates with existing background and experiences that can work hard.

There were 5 interview sessions, with the recruiter, with the SVP, and with CFO as well as with HR manager, and VP HR. The interview much more about the knowledge on banking system, and please be advised to know more about the company first before you get the interview, the more you know, the more they are impressed
