Interview Details – Consisted of a phone screen/interview, was then invited to Assessment Center. At the AC you can expect a panel interviewing you(2-3) people and then have a role play that is recorded. Kinda creepy but I guess its better to know which candidate they are going with. Also interviewed after a few years in for an ASM position. Interview process consisted of Resume review, invitation to Assessment Center, another panel interview, and a presentation. They like to keep all potential candidates in a holding room where it breeds awkwardness and silence.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time where the outcome was less than favorable. How did you resolve it? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, salary was set.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 6 weeks.
