Interviewed Oct 2010 in Marathon, FL (took 7 weeks)
i HEARD OF THE OPENING AND called the pharmacy supervisor. We had a pleasant conversation and she asked me to mail my resume. It was a few weeks before they called me so I wasnt sure if they were interested so I called the pharmacy supervisor who said it takes time. I was called for an interview and several people were there. the Medical directore, the pharmacy manager, the CEO, some of the doctors. the interview took about 1.5 hours and they asked the standard questions you read about on the internet.
A few weeks later i heard from them that I was hired and to com in for a physical and then I went for fingerprints and a police background check. the hiring process is meticulous and takes time. Know that going into any job you apply for with them.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
They spoke to me on the phone-that went nicely. they asked me to sent them my resume. they did not call back. then they did and made an appointment for the interview. they cancelled the appointment and changed it to a month later, When I arrived there were 4 people. they asked me questions. I was there 45 minutes. I left. did not hear back for 2 weeks. then they called with a price and I accepted.
While I waited for the interview I studied questions I would be asked. I learned these questions by doing internet searches. I had asked past employees for resumes and doctors I had worked with and customers I had had. I had won an award and I made a copy of it. All this went into my resume. I have a good work ethic and down to earth personality. I care and it shows in my way of being. Be someone who is a team player and plays nice...

They asked if I could attend meetings before work after work or during lunch and I said I could and hoped there would not be a propondorous of them...They asked if I would help market the new pharmacy and I said I would and that I would require assistance from their marketing department with printed material and spectaculars--little gifts like key chains...When I returne home I sent each a thank you card and waited. they called back in about 2 weeks. I am allowed one saturday off a month.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
First interview went great. The hiring manager was impressed and very cordial. We talked about the job description and how I could help them. The second interview with the CFO was not as friendly. He said I was over qualified. Needless to say, I was not chosen.

Rather a stiff atmosphere. Culture is reminiscent of 1980's IBM with dress shirts and ties required every day.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
As others indicate, received brief call from HR recruiter. Then contact with hiring manager who was stellar in the entire process. After phone, 1:1 interview, I was asked to come in for a panel interview which consisted of 4 Sr. level Engineers members.
One member of the panel was as presented, slated to be part of the newly formed team. When questioned on overall experience, the member had less than a year and a half experience (recent small college grad) with the company and 3 years in overall IT. The other members had a combined 55 years of experience.
This member (again with the least experience) was allowed to dictate the panel questions over (50 questions to 2 ratio), in front of the hiring manager. I have never seen this in over 20 years in IT.

Other technically related, questions that can easily found online.
Reason for Declining
Team cohesion seemed to be lacking as the one member seemed overall unhappy with the company. I'm surprised a singular person in a well qualified team was permitted so much power, this can attest to earlier posts suggesting favoritism. To say the least, I'll continue my search.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Franklin, TN (took 4+ weeks)
First was a brief (very brief) phone call with HR rep. Next, a 1:1 phone call with a director. Next, an in person interview that included another Manager, a Director, group of 3 on the team to be managed by this position and last a VP. Communications with company were through HR rep either by phone of email. a week before the in person interview a schedule was sent out. I had to have a follow up phone call with an additional director (hiring) and an in person. There was nothing out of the ordinary. I think everything went well. By the end of the process I was kind of glad I didn't get the offer. The pay range was much lower than I was making.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Nashville, TN (took 4+ weeks)
Was introduced by a common acquaintance. It took the HR a while to get back to me, I spoke to her on the phone and then flew in to meet few managers to see where I would fit the most.
I found the office culture to be very hierarchical and somewhat sterile. The manager needs approval from her manager and that manager needs to talk to another manager; I was warned not to be too casual with the higher ups. A bit intimidating since I am coming from a pretty flat environment.
