Interviewed Dec 2008 in Franklin, TN (took a day)
I was contacted by the HR manager who had found my resume on a job website. I was initially interviewed over the phone to determine whether or not I wanted to come in for a formal interview. I agreed to come in and interview with the HR manager, the applications manager and the person who would be my direct supervisor.
When I came in everyone who came in contact with me were very friendly and asked why I was there and when they found out were very excited to meet me. The office was atmosphere was very professional but not stuffy and there was a genuine sense of people being glad to be working with each other.

I was able to negotiate more vacation time in lieu of the minimum salary I was asking for.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
