Interviewed Jun 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took 2 months)
Great Recruiter I spoke with the Skills test was 6 parts made up of 182 yes no, math (hard), word associations. Then two day prior to the interview they give you a topic and you have to do a presentation to panel group. In the panel inteview there are behavioral questons asked. One was what you think of Diversity, a lot of give examples of different sinerios. It lasted about an hour.
Also, the skill test they send you via email just copy the question and put it in your google tool bar the answer will come up. Every one of the math problems, word association, and other part of the test you can to this for.
Flew in for the interview to Char. got to the hotel and I had to pay for it myself. Had to drive 2 hour to another airport because of cost to fly down the Char.
Asked 4 times for an expense and they keep telling me they would send it out. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with the an expense report. I am unemployed and I could have used the $150.00 for other things. Why a company of this size feels the need to cheat a person is beyond me.
I would not have worked for them even if they had offered me the job.

Interviewed May 2011 in Pinehurst, NC (took a day)
Interview started with Assistant Director, who asked pointed questions about ability to work with customers, the housekeeping staff, and the managing staff. He asked some questions specific to dealing with those of minority backgrounds, low income backgrounds, and those with lower education. Then we toured a large part of the hospital, in which he showed the different areas, and introduced me to different staff members. A large bulk of the interview had to deal with conflict management/JUST culture and customer service. The interview closed out with the Director who spent most of the time talking about the company itself and asking about my level of interest in the position

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Alpharetta, GA (took 4+ weeks)
Initial contact was with HR - rep was friendly and easy to talk to. Representation of the company was impressive - was sent a benefits letter and reviewed company website. 2nd interview with hiring manager was brief, he asked detailed questions about my background and readily talked his background and the like for his company. Panel interview was interesting - I had to create a presentation from a case study. In between the interviews I completed a skills assessment test as well as behavioral tests.
Negotiation Details
Negotiation was relatively easy - we met in the middle ground of my counteroffer and their initial offer. My advice: negotiate!

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)
While looking for jobs I posted my resume with Compass group USA. I got a call so long after posting that I was really clueless as to what position I applied for. I scheduled an interview with a direct supervisor, but I had to also talk to her supervisor to get his two cents thrown in. Then I had to do a drug test and an background check.
