    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Computer Sciences Corp (Washington, DC) in November 2008.

    Interview

Process started out with a phone screening from the recruiter. Then did an initial phone interview with a Partner. Finally was brought in for a 1/2 days worth of in-person interviews. Met with three principles all at the HQ in Fairview Park. Relatively painless, no case questions, mostly behavioral. It did take a few weeks to hear back from the recruiter and get invited for the in-person interviews. I don't know if that was situational or standard though

    Interview Questions

    • No questions stood out. Most questions were behavioral. Received the standard, "what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses." "Tell me about a time you succeeded." "How do you see yourself fitting in with our practice?"   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    Salary was negotiable
