Interviewed Mar 2011 in Milwaukee, WI (took 2 weeks)
Recruiter needs to organize her time better and be more considerate of others time. Initial phone interview was cancelled literally w/in 1 hour of the scheduled time. Subsequent interview scheduled was over 45 minutes late. Not a good representation of your company. Early bird gets the worm as I was hired by another company in the midst of the scheduling errors.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
If the tables were reversed I would have not been taken in to consideration for the position being having been late TWO times. As a potential employee I am your money maker and should have been more considerate of my time. Insincere apology received.
Suggestion - Recruiter should take some communication and time management classes.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
