Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
It was a pleasant and fun interview. Problem is I was promised basic training and never received it due to an ego maniac PM.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Waterloo, ON (Canada) (took a day)
I beleive there was a P. Eng, and a human resources person, as well as the current student who's position I was being interviewed for. I thought that was quite a good idea to have the student brought along, so you can ask them questions. That said, I didn't ask too many questions as I get very nervous in interviews and if given the opportunity to leave or ask more questions, I'll get the basics and then I'm out of there. I'm rambling now, so I will stop.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 days)
I met w who would be my immediate supervisor first then made it to a subsequent interview w the higher up. I came prepared, they seemed impressed. We spoke at length (2 hours) about my experiences, my past, education, my aspirations -- the usual. I enjoyed the conversation, although they were at times intimidating.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Waterloo, ON (Canada) (took 3 days)
Several phone interviews with HR and future supervisor. With HR it was more of a personality intereview, just spoke to the interviewer about some standard details and then had a casual conversation afterawards. Interview with future supervisor involved more technical questions and descriptions of work to be done.
