I applied through other source and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.

Interview Details – Two interviews and second one was with all other senior executives and future department staff. This was uncomfortable as questions from senior executives were at high level and future department staff were included in the meeting. Overall there were 8 people in the room.

Interview Question – Why haven't you worked in a Latino-focused organization or for a Latino cause before.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I took a significant pay cut to take on this challenge due to the mission.
