The initial interview was a phone interview through on campus recruiting. Afterwards we were flown down to their primary campus and given a nice tour of the facilities. They have a beautiful campus. Afterwards we had lunch, met with reps about benefits and training, and then had a 3 on 1 behavioral interview which was quite relaxed.

It was a pretty short interview. I took my resume to a job seminar and got in touch with the conocophillips people, then I set up an interview time and went to a one on one interview.
