Interview Details – - Met them through a career fair, and got a follow up interview. It went really well until a 50-question IQ test with only 12 minutes!! You kidding me? I DARE managers and recruiters (including the interviewers) to take this test and pass it themselves in 12 minutes. Too bad that I enjoyed the interview ended this way because I enjoyed it at first.
Interview Question – - An IQ exam? Seriously?? I understand that various aspects of management require numerical and logical talents, but come on now, how many studies have been conducted on the ineffectiveness of such tests to really measure candidate's talents and capabilities. At least give the candidates a heads up before the interview. Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Kalamazoo, MI Mar 2012 – Reviewed Aug 11, 2012
Interview Details – Submitted resume, had a quick phone conversation/interview, drove 150 miles for 5-6 hour interview. Took Wonderlic test and several other tests. That part of the process took around two hours. The interviewer offered to break it up, but I drove three hours and didn't want to drive back again just for testing so I took all at same time.
No Offer – Interviewed in Tampa, FL Jan 2012 – Reviewed Feb 3, 2012
Interview Details – I got my interview after meeting with the recruiters at a job fair. The interview was more conversational which made me feel comfortable rather than nervous. I was asked about a few things on my resume and then left to take the tests. The personality test was difficult for me (for reasons I'm not sure I'm allowed to write about) and I'm not exactly sure that it created an accurate picture of who I am as a person. The company seemed like a great place to work and the employees I met were very pleasant.

Made an appointment to do it at one of the CED locations in Orlando. I think I did well on it, but was told I did not make it when I sent a thank you email and tried to follow up on it.
Interview Question – Tell me why you want to work for CED? Answer Question
