Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
I approached CED for interest in employment. I recieved a phone call for an interview maybe a week later at the local office. I was unprepared for the one-on-one interview I was given which was structured and included not only behavioral questions, but intelligence questions and skills questions. Afterward I was given a personality and Intelligence test in a room so they can be sure to hire those that fit their mold.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Tampa, FL (took a day)
I got my interview after meeting with the recruiters at a job fair. The interview was more conversational which made me feel comfortable rather than nervous. I was asked about a few things on my resume and then left to take the tests. The personality test was difficult for me (for reasons I'm not sure I'm allowed to write about) and I'm not exactly sure that it created an accurate picture of who I am as a person. The company seemed like a great place to work and the employees I met were very pleasant.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 2 days)
I applied through the UCF knightslink website, was notified via email after 2 days about the position. Expressed interest and was told I would need to take a IQ and Skills Test. Made an appointment to do it at one of the CED locations in Orlando. I think I did well on it, but was told I did not make it when I sent a thank you email and tried to follow up on it.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Seattle, WA (took 2 weeks)
The interview process for this company was quite easy and simple. I used a staffing agency to get their attention. I was called quickly to set-up a 1 on 1 interview. I interviewed with a profit center manager. He applied to be very nice and the environment of the office was busy. My interview with the profit center manager lasted about an hour. With this company, you are supposed to say that you want to move on to the next level to be taken seriously. After my successful first interview, we set-up a time to do the personality test and IQ test. These IQ test are just like its SAT all over again. The test was mostly arithmetic, word problems, and spatial skills. You are timed on both IQ tests. After the IQ test, you are given a tour of a profit center and given time to talk to one trainee who is going through the process at some level. After the conversation, I took 2 personality tests. After that I was allowed to leave, it took about a week to get the results back.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
Blue collar type work environment. Very friendly people. I went through a recruiter. I personality test was taken before hand. The first interview was 1-1 and consisted of situational and personality questions. It was very easy. If you receive a call back they will set you up for testing. They did tell me that they are looking for a "needle in a haystack".

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
The interviewer did not seemed prepared or enthusiastic about interviewing me. While he was not negative, there was not any energy that I was able to feed off of to be excited about the company.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
My interview was exceptionally easy. The person interviewing me was energetic, funny, and very professional. From the time that I emailed in my resume to interview day there was only a 3 day lead time. I have to say that it was the most laid back interview that I have ever had. I felt completely comfortable the whole time during the interview and didn't get nervous at all during any time of it. I personally thought it was because my interviewer seemed really excited to interview me because I was interviewing for an exact same job that I had previously done with another company that is one of their local competitors. (There was another job and 3 yrs inbetween so I wasn't just walking into "enemy camp" to scope it out.)
My perceptions on the office and the people working there at first was that everyone got along and were completely comfortable with each other. Which was a nice change from past interviews that I have been to.
While I was finishing up with filling out some extra paperwork (not new-hire paperwork) one of their employees came in the office and asked the interviewer really loud, "Have you hired her yet?" After being pointed out, everyone got really quite. So that sent some mixed messages there.
Needless to say it has been almost two weeks since the interview and haven't heard anything back yet, so I am taking that as a sign that I didn't get the job- but still, it was nice to have an interview where I felt completely comfortable in the enviroment I was interviewed in that didn't include any ridiculous role- playing questions involving things that would never happen in real life.

Started with a phone interview. Then I had to go the the district managers office in Harrisburg to take 2 IQ tests (the wonderlic and something else), and two personality tests. After that It took about a week for my results to come in. At that point, I had to go and talk to the district manager and go over the results. I was then given an offer, and had to take a drug test
