Flight Attendant at Continental Airlines

No Offer – Reviewed Dec 21, 2012

Interview Details – I received an invitation to interview in Houston several months after filling out their online application. It began with a brief video and orientation. Afterwards, we were called one by one for our interviews. Everyone was friendly and did their best to make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't receive an offer, but it was a good experience just the same.

Interview Question – None of them were terribly unexpected. I would say the standard behavioral questions.   Answer Question

Senior Analyst at Continental Airlines

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Apr 2010 – Reviewed Aug 17, 2010

Interview Details – I interviewed with multiple managers in 3 short interviews within 1 day. the questions are pretty basic percsonality and background questions but then tend to throw in some questions to see how you think and problem solve. Even though the dresscode is fairly laid back I recommend candidates to wear a suit. I also recommend people to really research the company and department in which they are interviewing.
