Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I had 1 panel interview with 2 engineers then a tour. At this point it kind of seemed like a formality. After about a week or so I had a HR interview to discuss benefits/salary etc. Then was required to have a background check and drug screen. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks, so far no complaints

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Auburn Hills, MI (took 2+ weeks)
Came in to interview as an intern, first on the phone then one on one and then in a group. When I went in to the group everyone seemed to be nice but you could tell they were all like a family and had a lot of inside jokes, they asked me if I had a dog or a cat (can't remember which one) and said they all had one (whatever animal it was) and that they would not hire anyone that did not have this pet?!? Then they asked if I had a child and how that was going, I didn't really appreciate that because I think the fact that I was a student, married and had a child made them think I was too old for the internship. The recruiter did call me to say I was not selected and at least she gave me that courtesy.
