Interview Details

The interview process was a phone call with a series of questions. The representative was pleasant. The questions were relatively simple. I was stumped on one question, but that was because I couldn't hear her clearly.

    They will give an interview to anyone and everyone who submits a resume. Unless you're illiterate, you will get hired. Just be polite, lie and say that you have customer service experience, and tell them that you can work nights and weekends.

    Phone interview, pretty straight forward... lady I spoke with was pretty friendly, if they like you they throw you into online testing and paper work and soon as you finish that you get a date to come in for training.

    the hiring process was pretty simple. I filled out an application online and was called in for what I thought was an interview. I had a couple of tests to take on a computer in the recruiting office. I was called back a couple of days later for a second interview at which time I spoke with recruiter that asked pretty general questions, why I was applying for the job, was the starting pay acceptable, and could I work the hours offered.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Convergys in June 2010.

    Interview Details

    I was interviewed on phone and was asked to tell the interviewer one of the best movie i like in not less than 5 sentences. After passing the phone interview i was told to come back the next day to submit my resume and for testing. As far as i could remember i took 2 tests in the computer room and another one which was a written test (computer literacy, situational questions, personal questions). After passing the test i was asked to return to a scheduled date for my interview. I did'nt pass my final interview but was given a chance for a free 10 day training on communication skills. After the training i will again be given a chance for a final interview with convergys.

    I got hired right away! A whole day interview and pre-hiring orientation then we were required to get a medical the following day then later that same day was our first day training as hired Call Center Agents
