The interview process was very relaxed and easy to deal with since it's telecommuting. All of the skills and testing were done prior to my phone interview. The day after completing my application and testing, I was contacted by phone for an interview. The interview occurred the following day, and I was offered a position on the spot. Afterwards, I went through a drug test and background screening process. It was all normal and par for the course with any CSR job.

Applied on-line, received a skills test to my email took the skills test next day received a call to schedule a phone interview. Hiring Rep called phone interview took about 30 mins, got offered the job over the phone went in to fill out paper work for background clearance and got finger printed started that following week.

The standard application followed by a skills survey and what I believe was an IQ test. To work at home your computer must meet their requirements and you must have a land line for telephone. I have spent about $250 meeting this technical requirement. They offer $80 reimbursement.

I was offered choice of two clients/work schedules to choose from. When I asked how much it paid, they gave me an hourly rate slightly above the average posted on this site for this position, but I have 10+ years experience.

The hiring process was pretty painless. I had applied the position on their website and one day received an email with an invitation to take some tests online which included a math test, personality test, and a typing test.
A couple of days later I received a call from a recruiter. They asked a few interview questions and then scheduled me another interview at the location I applied for which lasted a few minutes. Received a job offer the same day

After an online applicated was completed at the company site, I was contacted by a recruiter outside of the company for an informal interview. The recruiter scheduled and interview. The actual interview was easy. I was asked a few questions about my home office set up and my skills, as this was a WAH job. The majority of the interview was a general description of the job functions, the work atmosphere, working hours, and the training process. A job offer was made and accepted before the call ended.

Negotiation Details
The job paid a flat rate of $8, take it or leave it. There was no negotiating. The pay was raised by $1 per hour to remain competitive before the end of training. With the specific campaign I worked for, there was a lot of opportunity to earn bonuses and extra money per hour, for working during certain seasonal events and other times of high promotion. This was a nice surprise and not something that was explained during the interview or hiring process.

There was an assessment that I had to take on the internet, then my results were taken into account. I had to take a phone interview, after that I had to go in for a face to face interview. Also, I had to take a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Miscommunication. i had applied for on job training and entry level position.
She was expecting an expoerienced person and only one track mind.
I saw employees not appropriately dressed , and was not decent enough with the pants hanging down.
The enviornment was not condusive for enthusiastic new entrance.
overall a very discouraging experience which left a bad taste in my mouth.
