Interviewed Jul 2009 in Logan, UT (took 2 days)
I initially went to Convergys because they were having a job fair. I was asked to fill out an online application at their site. I then had to transcribe my entire resume since I was not allowed to access the internet to retreive my online resume. After completing the application, I was not given a tour or any information whatsoever about the position. I assumed it was for some sort of telephone work. The person that "helped" me was an HR intern that looked to be about 17 yrears old. After leaving, I was contacted by telephone the next day by the same intern who had obviously never held another job in his life. He then proceeded to ask me a series of questions such as "please describe a time that you had a problem with a supervisor, and tell me how you handled it", or " Please tell me about a time that you had an upset customer and what you did about it".
After this interview, I was then contacted the following day and was told that they were extending a job offer to me. I was asked to come to their office that day to complete a skills test on the computer and provide copies of my identity.
