Interview Details –
First there is a GD round wherein you are given 3 min to talk about any one of given topics individually. Here they just check your communication skills and your confidence level.
Then comes the technical Aptitude round which consists of basic questions regarding windows OS, its shortcut keys, fundamentals, versions comparison, troubleshooting. It has multiple choice.
Next round is the telephonic round wherein an employee has a conversation with you over the telephone he/she may ask you about your day, about family, about convergys, a moment from past which you remember, about your friend. Here much of the focus is on your communication skills over telephone, empathy, listening skills, clarity in thoughts.
Next round is again technical aptitude cum typing test round
Finally there is Operations round where in you are asked about various versions of the Windows OS, difference among them, OS fundamentals, Windows Shortcuts and Normal troubleshooting steps for windows.

Negotiation Details – I was a fresher so there was no scope of negotiating but still some experienced guys did negotiate and got an edge over others

Interview Details – I would say it has one of the best hiring and interview process among the BPO's in India. It is systematic and less time consuming. The Interviewer are exceptional and professionally great. Gives lots of job opportunity to unemployed youth which is the sole problem that we are facing in India, especially for the states where corporate and big international Business companies has not yet been established.

Interview Details – Got a call from the company regarding the interview process for the recruitment, then there was 1:1 interview with hr and telephonic interview with the Operations Manager. Given the offer letter same day by the HR.

Interview Details – I was first interviewed by the recruiter , after that various test were conducted to check my capabilities and then was short listed for 1:1 interview with the program manager.

Interview Details – For interview you will have to go for a screening round and then you will be sent to an operations one. You will be asked to clear the voice & accent "VERSENT" there. In the last you will negotiate the salary package.

Interview Details – The hiring & interview process was quite elaborate and lengthy. It consisted of many rounds including Group discussion round and a telephonic round as well. Had to wait a long time for the last and final round. All the interviewers seemed encouraging and made me feel comfortable to open up and answer the interview questions.
Interview Question – This one question kept popping up again and again during the telephonic round - 'What is your weekness?' i did not have an answer for this one. View Answer
Negotiation Details – It seemed a good opportunity at that time since i was new to the BPO sector and i would say that Convergys India Services is one of the best places to begin your career with as a fresher if you have not chosen a particular career. Helps you groom and improve.
