Attended a hiring event. There were a lot of other applicants, we were instructed to fill out an application on site. I was offered to take an online assessment at home, since I have internet access.
Due to the high number of applicants the office was very crowded, and the atmosphere was very hectic.
The next day I received a phone call that I passed the assessment and was offered an interview over the phone.The interview questions were all related to customer service eg. how would you react if a customer is unable to describe what they need? The interview was very short, I remember I was asked not more than six questions total.
The person who did the interview spoke very fast, and it was a little difficult to understand him. At the end I was told my responses would be send back to the call center and someone will contact me with the next steps in the hiring process.
I have not heard anything back yet.
