The interview was not what I had expected. The position was vacant since a long time and they were more than willing to hire. I was also referred by an employee, so that made it easy.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

There was an assessment that I had to take on the internet, then my results were taken into account. I had to take a phone interview, after that I had to go in for a face to face interview. Also, I had to take a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

There was no negative phase.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Background Check, a Drug Test, a Skills Test and a Phone Interview.
