Interview Details – For technical support positions supporting 3rd parties through Convergys it is good to have a knowledge inside and out of the OSI and TCP Models. These become very critical when working with customers using Firewalls, Routers, Networks Switches, and Security Appliances. Also have a working knowledge of how to convert IP addresses back and forth from Decimal to standard IPv4 IP address.
Interview Question – You may be asked to walk someone through a normal process that you would not think is very complex. You will want to give as much detail to the interviewer(s) regarding the process in which to perform that task. It could be something like making your bed or filling up your car with gas. Providing simple words and steps to accomplish a task such as this one should not include very large words someone would need to look up in a dictionary. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Depending on the company Convergys is staffing for the maximum starting wage seemed to be between 12 and 18 US Dollars per hour.

Interview Details – Interview with recruitment company, about 30 technical questions. Then interview over the phone with Technical Support Engineer, similar questions but different ones. Then interview with two managers face to face, call center style questions

Interview Details – the 1st round was an HR round. For freshers, the interviewee simply asked about the final year project. For experienced, he asked what kind of work you did and what were the problems/challenges you faced. This round was completely to check your voice and accent. The 2nd round was a technical test of about 10mins, all objective type consisting of questions related to networking, Active Directory, Exchange server.

Interview Details – 1: Hr took interview for voice and accent so that he could take on those who's who where good in English.

3: Telephonic round in that they asked us to talk about our-self and any something about a topic of our own.
4: 1:1 Interview with Technical lead and Manager.
5: If got Selected hr will call next day to give offer letter.

Interview Details – The process was easy although time consuming.
The Technical round was good, all that was required was logic.
The interviewers asked a lot of things including background, expectations, and weaknesses.
