Pretty basic behavioral interview and questions. The interviewer was pretty relaxed and we went on to discuss his experiences with the company, then random interests such as football, etc.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
Applied internally for supervisor position.
I was only asked a couple of pointless questions and then he didn't listen to the answers.
I had 16 years experience in this department which did not even enter in to the interview.
Department head only interviewed so it appeared applicants could be promoted from within.
No applicant was promoted.
A totally unqualified supervisor was hired from outside the company.
Department head was very new also. Seemed like he wanted someone who was unfamiliar with our operation.

I initially had a 1 on 1 interview on campus. The next day I received an email with an invitation to the technology center in Houston, TX. Upon acceptance I was flown down to Houston, and had a group company tour with several other applicants the same day. The next day, we had interviews with three separate people (directors, vice presidents, managers). Within a week received an offer.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
The interviewer was very casual. He told me about the program and mentioned that many OLP interns get offered full time positions. He briefly talked about the company and then asked some technical questions. For example, what is your favorite class, least favorite class, most challenging class...etc. The interview was very casual.

I got the interview from the career site of my university. it was a interview given by Cooper Bussman. The interviewer mainly asked questions about my resume, and there were not many technical questions. Meanwhile, there was no behavioral questions. The interview last about 30 minutes. Other candidates should pay more attention to their resumes to make better answers to the questions.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
Firstly, telephone interview. Questions were mostly competency based.
Secondly, there were a set of online tests. Not too difficult, but sometimes time was not enough to answer the last few questions. Good advise would be to practice online before you do those.
Lastly, there was an assessment center for 1 whole day. First half of the day had IQ test, Presentation, and emails task; second half of the day had 1 to 1 interview, group work and individual problem solving situation where it was a role play between me and one of the interviewers.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Had on campus interview with Cooper, later was asked for second interview. Me plus 40 or so other candidates interviewed down in Houston. The process was pretty formal. Dinner, tour, questions for a panel of employees. Interviews were 3 ten minute sessions with random employees. Overall the experience was good, just a lot of competition.
