Interviewed Mar 2011 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took 3 days)
Be very confident about whatever you say. They value people who can speak well and confident about their answer. If you don't know an answer just confidently say that you haven't ever work on it or you don't know.
Brass you knowledge of using different databases such as Thomson, Reuter, CIQ, Bloomberg etc.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Negotiate hard. They hire at the last moment only when they have a requirement. So they are very pushy and you get a good opportunity for negotiation. Must quote at least 10% more whatever you are offered by HR.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New Delhi (India) (took 1 week)
Very unprofessional hiring process. Everything is hurried. They needed me to attend a meeting with the client and hence the urgency. So the company seems to be hiring on ad-hoc basis rather than in a planned way. Spoke to 4 people on the phone

Interviewed Sep 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
It was an unpleasant interview. The interviewer seems uninterested. People at the receptionist desk are so unfriendly also.
The interview only lasted for like 15 minutes, he didn't ask a lot of questions, he didn't seem interested in knowing the background of you.
He seems so unprofessional, showing no respect.
Advice: Avoid this company
