Interview Details – There was a quick phone interview. It lasted about 30 mins. Went over my background real quick and explained the positions
Interview Question – They really did not ask a whole bunch of questions. They just hire warm bodies b/c you will be fired within the first 6 months if you do not catch on quickly or hit your review numbers. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation phase. All agents get the same thing
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 5 days.
