My interview went very well, but it is definitely a test of patience. I was told that I would meet with 3 to 4 different people over the course of two hours. Five hours later, including a one hour wait between meetings in which they told me to go eat lunch at the office park downstairs (at my own expense, during which time I cancelled on a client because it was clear that I would not make it to our scheduled meeting), I had completed my interview and was told that I would be coming back the next week to meet with the CEO. I followed up to confirm the meeting, and didn't hear a response until the day before the tentatively scheduled meeting, which they decided to cancel and said that I wasn't the man for the job, however they had another position that they would like me to interview for. I then came back and repeated the entire process with another department (corporate sales - though I had originally applied for a software manager position), plus took a Google-like interview test ("How many mattresses are there in the world?") and was asked when I would have a decision regarding the job. I asked if I could follow up with them at the end of the week, which was fine, but then never received a response to any of my emails or phone calls.

Although everybody that I met with was very nice and approachable, the work environment struck me as a bit odd, as the company seemed overly flexible in terms of long-term goals and direction. While it is great to be able to adapt to new situations, the impression I got was that Cornerstone is still in the process of trying to figure out who they are in terms of their office culture. This means that they seemed to travel down a path and then abandon that course of action frequently, as was the case numerous times during my interview process (the interviews themselves were also rescheduled multiple times).
