Interviewed May 2011 in Corning, NY (took 3+ weeks)
Recruiter conducted phone screen. Then a skills test was administered. Then the hiring manager conducted a phone screen. Then there was an in-person interview with 2 personnel. What became clear from the interview process was the following: 1. contractors are largely running the enterprise PMO....40 out of 51 are contractors, 2. there was a significant project backlog but that projects were consistently behind schedule and no one was sure why...i.e., they are lost., 3. senior management is reluctant to bring on more resources because due to consistent delivery lateness even thought there is a large project backlog, 4. the interviewers, although older...>50, were novices at interviewing who spent more time making statements then in eliciting responses.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 days)
The courting started at an on campus recruiting session where I submitted a resume to a recruiter. Within two days I had an email from him telling me they wanted me to come to Corning NY for a facilities tour and interview. The first night consisted of dinner with the recruiter and a surprise guest appearance from the department head but it was very relaxed and laid back. The second day consisted of a tour starting at 6:30AM followed by a personal presentation and finally one on one interviews with everyone you would be working with if you got the job. Company was very family oriented and seemed fitting for people that prefer being based in a small town environment.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
Had one behavioral interview with a general HR representative, and was contacted about a month later by someone within a specific division who wanted to discuss a potential project. The interviews were easy and comfortable. The people seemed very nice, and really cared about the long-term perspective of things: from summer internship to full-time position.
