I had an initial phone interview. Then I completed a skills and personality test which led to the 1 on 1 interview. The interview consisted of answering six different questions about your experience in previous jobs and certain situations. I thought the interview went well but did not get a job offer.

Telephone interview was handled by a retained search firm based in Richmond who have impressed me with their level of professionalism throughout the process.
It is mandatory for all job applicants to take the 'Hogan' behavioural test, at least in sales anyway.
1.1 interview was with the Head of New Business Sales. Overall a very intellectually stimulating experience where abilty to sell and communicate at a high/strategic level is extensivley explored

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.

1st round was over the phone with a recruiter and consisted of your basic behavioral Qs. Next round, I interviewed live with two hiring managers and shadowed an associate in-seat. More in depth Qs (eg, sell me somthing in the room)

Negotiation Details
not much negotiation -- salary was set as were bonus incentives. however, because I was relocating from another job in a different state, I was able to negotiate a small relocation bonus (this is not standard).
