Very relaxed, "Why do you want to work for CFA?' "If you were interviewing at JP Morgan would you say the same thing?" Pretty simple questions and very relaxed environment. Great place to work in order to gain experience with M&A process as well as private equity deals. If you would like to gain insight into the investment banking "world" without the pressures of a huge BB bank then I would suggest CFA.
