I was approached by a recruiter and my first interview took place with an employment agency. Within days, a second interview was set up with the company that was looking to fill a position. During the interview, most of the questions that were asked were quite vague and so it was a little difficult to be dteailed in my answers. They were mostly hypothetical situations. Approximately a week later, an offer was extended to me.

They basically don't hire you if you don't have previous intern experince. Unfair. The questions were verystraight foward and it consisted of a phone interview

Interview last for 2 hours. Interviewer were the hiring managers which later became my managers.
Interview questions were behavior questions and also based on the resume work experineces.

I interviewed with a tax senior manager and VP. It was a decent interview, no trick questions. The senior manager asked me alot of technical questions which I knew the answers too. Since she liked me, I got to meet with the VP. The VP asked alot of personality type questions, he was basically trying to see if he wanted to work with me. It was more about personality.
