I was contacted by a recruiter.
Negotiation Details
Dont trust the recruiter is in your best interest. I had to side step them because they were lying to me and trying to get me to sign to offer letter saying "that I would taken care of on the other side." They wanted me to take the job at lesser pay to make my potential employer happy.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
