Interviewed Jan 2012 in Indianapolis, IN (took 1 week)
I was first contacted via telephone by a recruiter, who asked me a series of simple questions and set up a 1:1 interview for me. Then I went to the interview site as scheduled, where I was interviewed by two people. They both asked me personality questions and about my past work experiences. Afterwards, I took a tour in the space that I would be working in, got to speak with one of the employees, and ask my own questions.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4 weeks)
I was 1st contacted by a recruiter via email. Had to answer some preliminary questions about my experience. Then a telephone interview followed by face to face interview with 4 different people. Lot of behavioral questions. Very targeted selection. The interview process took 4 hours included 1 hour lunch. Very good people; think they are looking for specific answer they like.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Indianapolis, IN (took a day)
I interviewed with someone from HR and it lasted for about an hour. This person was polite and friendly; however, she knew nothing about the actual position. The interview was very textbook. Questions asked included: job skills, weaknesses, strengths, why you want to leave your current position and salary requirements. Advice I'd offer to other canidates: have your resume in front of you because she'll ask a lot of questions about your job skills, and review basic interview questions, but don't waste your time with anything in depth.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 1+ week)
A contract hiring company handles the phone interview. They must have your resume, but the first half was asking several questions again to get the job history (including job titles, name and location of previous employers, time period worked there.) They also asked for contacts at each location, so have all that ready.
The second half was inquiring about your experience with specific tasks and lab procedures. They went through a list of equipment/assays/functions and all you have to do is say whether you have experience with them or not and if so, how much (knowledge of, hands on, etc.)

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I initially had a phone interview for another position, which I did not get to interview for. The recruiter was very nice. We went over everything on my resume (took about twenty minutes). A couple of weeks later I got a call from another recruiter who wanted to schedule an interview for later that week. I was supposed to meet three people but I only met two. They were very nice and answered all of my questions with great detail. They asked a lot of behavioral questions along with my past experience in handling laboratory animals. They also asked the typical questions such as, "why should we hire you".

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Madison, WI (took 3 days)
Interviewed me on the phone first. Then a two person/part interview. They informed me the background check was extensive and if I were on any list for any animal rights groups they couldn't hire me. I think I may have been, because I thought the interview went very well, and I never heard anything back

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I applied to the job on their site. I received a phone call the same day. Had phone screen with the guy for 30 minutes. 2 days later I received confirmation of a F2F interview for the following week. F2F took 2 hours with two people separately. I thought it went well, but I am still waiting to hear from them and it's been a couple weeks...

Everyone was very nice. First there was a phone screen, which then went to a hiring manager, who then organized an interview. I went for an on-site interview. It was 3 people who each interviewed me individually. They asked a lot of customer facing questions and teamwork questions.
