No Offer – Interviewed in San Diego, CA Mar 2012 – Reviewed Mar 20, 2012
Interview Details – I've only had the phone interview so far, it took about 40 min. I spoke to an internal recruiter. She was lovely. Asked only a few questions: most recent job, salary requirements, benefits package at current employer, when can I start, short/long term career goals, college, was I member of any animal rights organization (after reading to me what was clearly a canned disclaimer about their animal research), and my proudest career moment. Very straight forward in her replies to my questions. She told me the # of other candidates and their statuses. Explained the interview process to me and how important a college degree is to the hiring manager. She left me with a very good impression of her, process, company. Ref'd me to hiring manager.
