Coventry Health Care Quality Improvement Specialist Interview

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Salt Lake City, UT (took a day)

I had a pretty simple phone screening interview and then was invited to continue the interview process with an in person interview. I met with two people. I interviewed for about an hour. It was a pretty relaxed conversation. They didn't ask any behavior questions. Most of the questioning was based primarily on my experience and what I've done in my career.

I was contacted about 6 weeks later by email telling me that they had closed the position and decided to fill this position.
