    7+ hour interview. 2 hours in was told everyone works 9 AM-10PM on regular basis. Recruiter did not mention this?!

    • Write a full application, console/file processing, configurable on delimeter, and validation of file columns, and process to an XML file output. Also was asked how far my commute was and whether I had children I need to get home to.   Answer Question

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Cover-All in October 2012.

    Interview Details

    Office was in the process of moving to a new location. Written test on computer was provided. Analysis of the code written by one person. Next person took additional 40 minutes to drill core java questions. The last person was not available, hence scheduled a phone interview 2 days later.
