Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by Coverall. At first I brushed them off but I was under employed so I said what the heck. I did a phone interview. Passed with flying colors. A bunch of questions about sales and me. Then I had a face-to-face interview within a week. This was very easy too. It was with the regional director who didn't have sales experience. Most RD's don't. (Not sure how they are supposed to manage the sales team). Sent a thank you email. Was moved forward in the proccess to have a call with the regional vice president. Passed this and had an offer in a week or two. The HR team botched my background check and that put a delay in the offer proccess. They thought I didn't have a liscense.
I have seen and been told that others have had to go through up to 12 interviews. I have practiced and been on MANY interviews, not sure if these helped me in the procces.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Rochester, NY (took 1 week)
Began with a phone interview, then meeting with the regional director(branch manager). Was then flown to Baltimore to interview with CEO, CFO, COO. Did assessment personality test online. Was offered position the following week. Very casual atmosphere in Baltimore(CEO was wearing jeans) , but drilled hard on drive and experience.
