Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Went to a campus event, got a callback for an on campus interview
Campus interview was fairly straightforward, no interesting questions
Got a call for an in-person interview in Chicago
Got tested on American, Canadian, and Mexican states
Seemed like an interesting place to work, though I do not think there would be much room for growth within the company

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I met the recruiter through a University recruitment fair earlier this year. The Coyote Logistics booth was very impressive and the people were personable and interesting. Soon after visiting the booth, I received an email through my school's career center to schedule an interview. I scheduled the interview, did my research, and arrived early to the interview venue.
I was unimpressed with the recruiter. She kept having a fit about her coffee having a leaky bottom and she had her cell phone on the table and where it kept buzzing throughout the whole interview. She looked at my resume and asked me some of the basic questions. She did not ask for any clarification or detail about my experiences, instead she just kept asking the general questions you learn about in Interviewing 101. She seemed like she did not want to be there and her appearance suggested that she was ready for a night on the town - not professional looking at all. I have a couple of friends who have received offers from Coyote and I know that this organization is up and coming - I just expected more out of a HR.

Easy, laid back experience. They will ask the hard questions so be prepared for anything but overall it was an easy process and they do their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

I applied online and then a week later they contacted me. I had a short phone interview talking about my past experience and why I would want to work there. Then they asked me come in for an in person interview with HR. More of the same, going over my resume and my past experiences.

Great company, with people who love working there. Environment is work hard, play hard. Great company to apply for as a college grad.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 1 week)
After speaking with Coyote and our university career far, I was instructed to apply online through our university recruiting website. I reserved my 30 minute slot and showed up at the correct time. This was the most uninformative and shady interview I have ever been apart off. To start, the recruiter could've cared less about my relevant experience. All that she seemed to care about was what I did in my free time, if I was going on spring break, and what social organizations I was involved in. I actually felt that she care so much about my social life that I actually explained to her why I had chose to get involved in a year-round internship rather than join a fraternity, despite receiving a bid. To cap it off, she declined to answer the majority of my questions saying that "That isn't really something we talk about in this stage of the process." The answers that she did give me to questions such as "What sort of advancement opportunities are available at Coyote?" were unprofessionally vague. I became frustrated with the interview and finished with the question "So if you guys only care about my social life, why don't you just look at applicant's facebook pages rather than asking for a resume?" Needless to say, that question ended the interview on a hysterically awkward moment.
If you want to get a job at Coyote, come to the interview prepared to talk about your wildest stories as a college student and how much you love Greek life. Little emphasize will be put on your academic accomplishments and work experience. I believe that they care more about looking for people that will fall in love with their company and their "fun atmosphere" and become dedicated, rather than raw talent. I'm sure its a fun company to work for after college for a few years if you want to extend your college years. If you are ready to mature and develop professionally, look elsewhere.
P.S. - They bring kegs into their office every Friday at 3pm.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
I landed the interview from my University career fair. I set up my interview which was 1:1. The interviewer basically went over my resume, complemented me on my blouse, and shared company history. The interview was pretty laid back, I am not sure what exactly they are looking for in a new hire. No questions of substance was asked. However the interviewer did ask me what other jobs I am currently applying for which is unprofessional.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Interview lasted about 2.5 hrs total and consisted of meeting with two HR reps, and shadowing a current account manager. Staff was very nice, seems like a great place to work right out of college. One interviewer asked some unprofessional questions about where else I had interviewed etc., which was somewhat tacky but did not ruin my opinion of the company.
