Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4 weeks)
I applied with a CV and cover letter and got invited to the interview. It was pretty straightforward. THey asked me why I wanted to work for the company, what skills I could bring to them. It was prety informal and although one of the interviewees (there were 2) grilled me on how I would solve particular problem, he was still friendly. Very professional and nice people.
