I applied the Job in person and get a call back next day to arrange the interview.
The interview was held in store, very relaxed. It takes about 20 minutes.

Applied online through craigslist posting for Seasonal Sales Associate. Was called in for an in-person interview within a week. Went to location early and was told to look around the store for a product to take with me to the interview. When at interview they asked the standard questions, but then asked me to sell them the product, or how I would tell a customer about the product. Friendly interviewed, but never called back.

Downloaded & brought application in to store with resume. Received call back for an interview event at the store. Had first then second 1 on 1 interview. Received call at home inviting me to 2 day (paid) training. People are exceptionally nice and friendly.

The overall process was very easy. I found openings on InDeed.com which redirected me to the company's website. I filled out an online application and a couple of days later the Customer Service Manager called me in for an interview. We went emailed back and forth since C&B had already conducted an Open House Interview for Seasonal Associates and they were at capacity. Since there were some scheduling conflicts with said Associates, I was able to fill that gap - lucky me! I came in for an interview the next day during my lunch break and it took 30 mins. There are 2 training sessions and a 3rd for the POS system.
The store, environment, people and culture are all wonderful - that's why I wanted to work here.

i applied on line, and also dropped my application at the local store i wanted to work at.
a few weeks later i got a call from HR, and had a phone screen interview. basic questions on customer service, and lots of questions about my availability and the hours / schedule they require for a SEASONAL SALES person.
must work one 8 hr shift each weekend, and be able to close one or two nights a week. and your avail to work over Thanks, Xmas, and New Years. i am sure this filters out a lot of people.
then the HR person set up a one on one interview with the store manager. again lots of questions about customer service, retail, etc. very nice person. interview felt more like a good conversation.

no negotiation for seasonal. firm requirements for work schedule. and they have a set Seasonal Sales pay of $10 / hr. which sucks as it's so low. but you do get a 30% employee discount.

A phone screen, followed by one-on-one interview. Everyone I had interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. Interviewers were interested in level of passion with regard to design, as well as level of commitment to customer service. Seems like a great work atmosphere.

The interview was a series of questions on how I would handle certain situations. There were a number of questions. That was during the first interview. Then I was interviewed a second time with more questions. They really keep me on my toes. I've never had so many questions thrown at me during an interview. I can see how it is good for them-it helps weed out people who might not be passionate about getting a job there.

I got the interview through a staffing agency. The interview consisted of a phone screen which mostly confirmed what was on my resume and a face to face interview a few days later. I met with two people at once, one higher up and one senior developer. The face to face interview wasn't bad, but it was one of my first interviews and I sort of looked foolish not having an answer to "What do you bring to the table that no one else does?".
They said they'd get back to me by the end of the week. The guy I was working with at the staffing agency reached out to them to get feedback but never got any. I interviewed with them on a Tuesday and I accepted another offer the next Monday without hearing anything back.
